Legal, Risk and Compliance Officer

We are seeking a proactive and capable Graduate Trainee who will provide dedicated administrative support, improve workflow efficiency, and strengthen record-keeping and compliance controls at a relatively low cost to the organisation.
As part of our team, the successful candidate will collaborate across departments, contributing to the smooth execution of processes that support compliance and operational excellence. This role requires a balance of creativity and structure, with an expectation to think critically, solve problems effectively, and approach tasks with a strong “get it done” attitude.

Responsibilities
- Debt Recovery
- Corporate Records and Document Management
- Maintaining contract and agreement registers, including tracking key dates such as renewals, expiries, and notice periods
- Supporting internal audits and compliance reviews by collating requested documentation;
- Assisting with regulatory filings, licence renewals, and compliance calendars;
Must Have
- Completed a degree/diploma in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
- High level of accuracy when handling documents, data entry, and correspondence;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to think critically and resolve basic administrative challenges;
- Ability to handle sensitive legal and financial information with discretion;
